Coming Apart at the Seams
This series deals with the memories and emotional stresses after losing my mother to cancer. It is a short series of photographs shot as self portraits and then montaged with medical, family and diagrammatic images. It is a deeply personal series of images. Each of the prints is dipped in beeswax to preserve the memories even further.
